Death Valley is the hottest, driest and lowest national park in the US and is well known for its summer blistering temperatures. For that reason, we recommend mid-October to mid-May.

Alisa Leddy
Growing up in Montana and New Mexico instilled an early love of the outdoors in Alisa. Following her childhood dreams, she spent nine adventurous summers working in and exploring magnificent Glacier National Park. Her winters were dedicated to skiing in Big Sky, Montana, and in between she explored other outdoor adventures around the country. While rafting the Grand Canyon in 2016, she realized she wanted to become a guide and has since led river and hiking trips in 14 national parks. She lives the life she loves and loves the life she lives, as the saying goes!





Stephen Seleb
Making his home in Greater Yellowstone, Stephen takes advantage of exploring the region year-round. He has a wealth of experience leading hiking and multisport adventures in national parks around the country. When he’s not guiding, he revels in the diverse beauty of the landscapes around him, roaming along winding rivers and tackling mountain slopes. He is excited to share his love of the outdoors with you.





Shawn Rowan
A southern California native, Shawn grew up with the forest at his back door. After some outdoor exploration around the country, he found his home in northern Idaho, where he could hike, bike, and raft to his heart's content. Since 2021 he has been guiding hiking trips in the national parks of the Southwest and canoe trips on the Upper Missouri River in Montana. He feels lucky to share his favorite places and discover new ones together with you.

This Historic Desert Inn sits on 25 secluded acres, surrounded by towering Washingtonia fan palms and lush gardens, the Campbell House property offers a peaceful retreat, where you can experience the quiet and calm of the open desert. This modern-day desert oasis began as a modest homestead property in 1925, established by Twentynine Palms homesteaders Bill & Elizabeth Campbell, and is truly unlike anything else you will find in the Mojave Desert. This historic inn is now under shared ownership with the iconic 29 Palms Inn and guests can enjoy shared amenities between both properties, including health and wellness services, yoga classes, and guided walking tours.
